How do I use the mouth sprays?

As needed, apply 2 sprays under your tongue and repeat 2-3 times daily.  Some of the mouth sprays are best used in the morning.  Please refer to the specific mouth spray instructions for best application.

The bottle should last 2-3 months depending on how often you use.
